The Team

Elevation Design is led by Director, Leigh Goodman, who brings over two decades of experience across the advertising and design industry. Having worked within agency environments, Leigh has developed a broad understanding of strategy, creative development and execution across a wide range of disciplines.

This depth of experience allows her to see the bigger picture quickly and offer clear, honest and realistic perspectives – helping clients navigate complexity and identify the most effective way forward.

Building this business from the ground up, and with her natural entrepreneurial nature, Leigh is passionate about supporting clients to show their “faces” to the world.
